'Top Model' quitter Ebony Morgan: I was so over the whole reality ...

"I just did not want to be there anymore. I really didn't have a desire for it. At that point, I didn't really care about being America's Next Top Model," Morgan told reporters during a Thursday conference call. "I didn't really care half as much as the other girls did, so I didn't think it would be fair for me to stay there if I really didn't care for it as much... I just realized that wasn't my passion and I was so over the whole reality show thing." The 20-year-old Chicago, IL nursing student's decision to quit Top Model 9 had also apparently been on her mind for quite some time. .

Dermatologists can offer top tips to help keep lips in tip-top shape

In fact, several types of foods, cosmetic products, medications or even bad habits have been linked to dry lips. The key is determining the source of the irritation and modifying your daily regimen to eliminate the problem.

Speaking at the 66th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology, dermatologist Margaret E. Parsons, MD, FAAD, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the University of California at Davis, discussed the most common causes of lip irritation, available treatments and preventative measures to keep lips healthy.

'When I treat a patient for dry lips, the first thing I try to determine is what this patient might be doing or not doing that could be contributing to the problem,' said Dr Parsons. 'In some cases, it might be a new lipstick that contains an ingredient irritating to the skin or an anti-ageing facial product that inadvertently comes in contact with the lips that could be the culprit.

RICKY GERVAIS

He certainly couldn't be less starry in the flesh. He suits his blank dressing room. Everything about him is everymanish and mundane except his talent and achievements - the Baftas, Golden Globes and Emmys that attest to his success in Britain and America.

Gervais's live show is called Fame. He appears on stage wearing a crown and performs in front of his name spelled out in giant lights. "Too much?" he asks with a 100-watt twinkle. The stage set also includes a giant Emmy. This has been constructed with a shelf to hold a can of lager and a copy of a paper containing news of Gervais's new home in Hampstead. During the show he feigns outrage at inaccurate reporting - how dare they write his house cost £2.5 million? It was a million more than that.

Celebrity appalled Gervais before he became well-known.
